Finaly! After a short break, the lessons are back. This is the tenth lesson, in which we learn how to do hip undulations and belly rolls. This is the eighth lesson out of a full online belly dancing course from BellyDanceBoulevard.com. Watch and practice at the comfort of your home, by yourself or with a friend.
In this video we learn how to do hip snaps! I want to remind you to start with the basic posture as was taught in the first lesson, and also that learning to belly dance over the internet does not constitute an alternative for taking classes with a teacher.
We can hear here two music tracks, the first one is the song “Rona” done by Alabina, an Arabic-based group that performs a mix of world music: Middle Eastern, Arabic, French, Hebrew, and Spanish Gypsy music. The second track is an Arabic remix, “Law Kount Neseet” by Tamer and Shereen.
