How can i teach "Cardio Dance lesson"?

My friends and i are doing a workout fitness class. I was assigned to be the dance workout teacher. I don,t know how much time i get with my students a day, but i would like to have a big group dance by the end. I have danced before. I want to make it also like a gymnastics class. Do you have any ideas on where i should start?
lots of big movements in succession or small fast movements definitely are a cardio work out for me. So you can add some high kicks to add some gymnast flair, and lots of arm choreography.
